A giving Heart...
I had been all set to do a different post, but decided to pull an audible, because of an act of kindness that touched my heart today. ( I know I owe you Lisa.. Tomorrow. I promise. You will understand why..smooches)
I was catching up on a dear friends blog, and reading a post about her sweet Little GRACE who has been working really hard at learning to sleep through the night in her own BIG GIRL bed. She had a rewards chart and she earned a princess sticker for each night she made it through all on her own. Once she reached 10, she would earn some lipstick (chapstick) of her very own. Well, she DID IT! I left her a little comment telling her how proud I was of her and she sent me this little note...
"Come to my house today and you can use my lipstick. Mommy just said you can't come today because you live far away. When you come you can use it. I love your children. Do they live far away too? Is it hot at your house? It is hot here because all the noisy fans are running. Bye-bye"
How sweet that she was willing to share her brand new-very own-just for her lipstick with me? Is that not the cutest?
So Miss Grace... Thank you SO very very much for your Kindness and Your selfless heart. You made me Smile SO BIG today. We Love You! ~The Gang.

awww how sweet!! That would've made me smile and have a great day as well! It's so nice to see selfless kids rather than selfish ones!!
That Grace is a cutie...and her mom is one of my favorites too!!! They don't come much wiser or with a more giving heart than that...and it is no surprise that Grace would follow in her footsteps!!!
